New satellite images appear to show thousands of Sudanese government troops marching toward a rebel stronghold in a contested region near South Sudan.

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad says Tehran is holding talks with Russia about building another nuclear power plant in Iran. He made the statement at a news conference in New York City, where he also shared his utopian vision for all humanity.

Malaysian authorities have cleared the hit comedy-horror Hantu Bonceng. They were called on to re-evaluate the film after complaints from the Pan-Malaysian Islamic Party (PAS).
