Hamas Publishes Gilad Shalit?s Travel ?Ticket?
Hamas posted on one of its websites on Monday afternoon Gilad Shalit?s “ticket” out of the Gaza Strip. The movement’s journal al-Rasala published a paper titled “A traveling passenger ticket” with the name Gilad Shalit stamped on it. It is unclear if Hamas intends to actually give Gilad the ticket or only published it as an act of ridicule.

A Teenager has been arrested in connection with an assault on a student with long hair.
Harley Davies, 17, was told to ?get his hair cut? before being beaten and kicked on the floor in the grounds of Blackburn College last Tuesday lunchtime.
He suffered a fractured jaw and chipped tooth. Campaigners branded it a ?hate crime? because Harley was targeted solely for his appearance.

Plans for a new ?2 million mosque in York have been taken back to the drawing board.
The York Mosque and Islamic Centre revealed proposals for replacing its current building in Bull Lane earlier this year, saying it had become too small to accommodate the hundreds of people who regularly attend its main prayer times.

Police say an Italian Catholic priest has been shot dead in his remote parish in the southern Philippines.
Chief Inspector Benjamin Rioflorido said the Rev. Fausto Tentorio was about to board his car Monday in North Cotabato province’s mountainous Arakan township when a gunman shot him eight times within the church compound.
Tentorio was pronounced dead on arrival in a nearby hospital.
Rioflorido says a witness has said the gunman ran from the scene then fled on a motorcycle driven by an accomplice.
