A man from Edmonton has been charged with possessing a magazine for aspiring terrorists, allegedly published by al-Qaeda.

Hakan Ertarkan, 21, of Amersham Avenue, stands accused of owning a CD version of the first issue of Inspire, which was launched by the terrorist group al-Qaeda in July last year.

He will appear at Westminster Magistrates? Court on November 1, charged under section 58 of the Terrorism Act 2000.
