Somali Militants Offer Rewards for Information on Obama and Clinton

A Somali Muslim militant group is offering rewards of chickens and camels for information on the whereabouts of President Barack Obama and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, mocking the millions of dollars the United States has offered for leaders of the al Qaeda affiliate.

Would-Be D.C Suicide Bomber Pleads Guilty

Amine El Khalifi, the 29-year-old Alexandria resident accused of planning a suicide attack on the U.S. Capitol in February, pleaded guilty Friday in federal court.

A Morocco national living illegally in a West End condo, El Khalifi was arrested February 17 after undercover members of the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force provided him with explosives and guidance to blow himself up in front of the Capitol.
