A group of men stalking a little boy followed him inside a mosque in Kuwait, surrounded him and pretended to pray to shun the suspicious looks of other men.
When the worried boy looked at them, they tried to reassure him by smiling and saying to him “Assalam Alaikum” (peace be with you), before kneeling for prayers.
When the boy finished praying, he put his shoes on and headed back home, unaware the men who smiled at him were on his heels.
As he walked on and reached a quiet area, they jumped on the boy and took him to an isolated place, where they took turns in raping him.
“When they left him, the boy ran home and told his father, who reported them to the police,” the Kuwait daily Alwatan said, adding police had mounted a manhunt for the men based on descriptions provided by the victim.
