A Saudi man ordered paralyzed by a local court after he was convicted of causing paralysis to another man during a fight 10 years ago has been pardoned in return for blood money, a newspaper reported on Sunday.
The court in the eastern province of Ihsaa ordered the crippling of Ali Al Khawahir after he stabbed Mohammed Al Hazeem during a scuffle and inflicted paralysis in his legs and crippling his sexual and urinating ability.
